We would like to begin by thanking everyone who took the time to attend our Celebration of the Arts event. The support for our students is greatly appreciated, and the energy of a packed auditorium was an exciting atmosphere for our student performers. We also appreciate your financial support for our combined efforts with OCEF to raise funds for the grand piano which was at the center of the show in many ways.
The Yamaha S6X PE 7 foot grand piano we hope to purchase costs just under $75,000, and the Celebration of the Arts event raised approximately $10,000. Afterward, we also received several substantial donations from individuals using the OCEF QR code that is available at the bottom of this post. At this point, we have raised approximately $33,000 towards our goal and hope sharing this information will encourage additional donations
