Shout out to Masters Gallery Foods, Oostburg State Bank, and Viking Masek for partnering with us to bring Dr. Fred Johnson to Oostburg on September 1st. Dr. Johnson is the founder and CEO of InitiativeOne, a leadership development organization based in Green Bay. InitiativeOne partners with leadership teams across the country, including school districts, corporate groups, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional and college sports teams. We are excited to grow our learning as Dr. Johnson shares around the topics of being “on purpose” in our work, navigating change, making conflict your best friend, and recognizing the need for boundaries which allow us to say “yes” to our most important commitments.
