Ever wonder what lunch was like for a student in 1877? Not much since a PB&J didn't exist yet and food was in short supply. Today some of our OES 4th graders experienced school life at Heritage School in Sheboygan. One student was happy to show us what lunch looked like back then...take a peak! A homemade sandwich, a Hardboiled Egg, apple, & carrots all wrapped in wax paper to complete this lunch! OES is getting ready for Homecoming this Friday, October 6th, with an exciting Spirit Day where all students are encouraged to wear their red and white Dutchman gear. Homeroom teachers will accompany their classes to the 1:00 pm parade, and afterwards, students will return to their regular classrooms, with dismissal proceeding as usual. In rare cases where parents need to pick up their children from school, please coordinate in advance with the elementary office.
Boys soccer has a game at 7, at CGB tonight. Volleyball has a game at 7, at Ozaukee HS. Come support your Dutchmen!
