Jim not only leads our school board in their work but is also one of our community's biggest supporters of students. At concerts, programs, or athletic events, you will likely see Jim and his wife Vicki in the audience celebrating the talents and gifts our young people share with our community.

Great night for Dutchmen fans!! Oostburg Lady Dutch basketball team took care of an always tough Howards Grove team 72-41. Our wrestlers had a triangular last night in Ozaukee and won both matches. They beat the Ozaukee Warriors 48-21 and came out victorious against a very good Reedsville team 44-31. Congratulations to our student/athletes!!!

The Oostburg High School Archery team is currently ranked #1 in the state and on Saturday, the OHS Archers showed everyone at the Sun Prairie tournament why. The team took 1st place with a team score of 3253. This is the highest team score they have achieved since the start of the archery program.
Seniors Blayne Brusse and Kallie Westerbeke, led the team scoring 16 perfect tens each on their scorecards racking up a score of 283 each.
Within the top ten female archers at the tournament, 4 Lady Dutch made the list: Kallie Westerbeke 283 (16 tens scored), Abilgail Follen 277 (13 tens), Addison Berg 277 (13 tens) and Jordyn Lewin 277 (12 tens).
Our kindergartners have been learning all about arctic animals 🐻❄️🐧🦭 and worked hard to write their own penguin books in WIN. 📝📖
After reading a book called “Tacky the Penguin”, they created their own version of Tacky to adorn their book cover. 🐧📘

Saturday January 14, the Oostburg Archery high school team sent 22 archers to Sun Prairie to compete in their first tournament of the 2023 season.
The high school team took 1st place with a team score of 3253. This team score is the highest team score we have achieved since the beginning of the archery program.
Senior, Blayne Brusse, led the team scoring a quantity of 17 perfect ten's on his scorecard. Marking up a new personal best for himself with a 283 score.
Within the top ten female archers at the tournament, 4 lady Dutch made the list;
Kallie Westerbeke 283 (16 tens scored), Abilgail Follen 277 (13 tens), Addison Berg 277 (13 tens) and Jordyn Lewin 277 (12 tens).
The Oostburg High School team is currently ranked #1 in the state.

Great varsity boys game last night as the Dutchmen come alive in the 2nd half and beat a solid Random Lake Rams team 68-50. They are back in action next Tuesday, at The Shoe, against Reedsville HS - 5:50 JV/7:15 Varsity. The dance team will also be performing!!

Last night was indeed a great night to be a Dutchmen!! Wrestling won their dual against Whitefish Bay 48-27. The Lady Dutch traveled up to Reedsville and took care of business 53-23. The boys basketball team defended the "shoe" and beat Manitowoc Lutheran 64-56. Nice job Oostburg!!

The Dutchmen wrestlers split a triangular meet last night in Random Lake. They defeated Mishicot 54-18 and lost to Random Lake 20-49. They return to action this Saturday at the Cedar Grove-Belgium Invite.
